Controllers to rack. Vendors to glue. Teams to chase. Weeks to burn. Watch the old way crawl through the same journey Halo finishes in hours: same start, same finish, none of the walls.
The old way to deploy guest WiFi crawls through five blockers: hardware (a proprietary controller to buy and rack, two to three weeks), hand-offs (sales to IT to integrator to NOC, a week each), third-party integration glue (portal, RADIUS, billing, CRM, two weeks), waiting (surveys, shipping, change windows, three weeks) and truck rolls (engineers on site, every visit billed): six to twelve weeks to go live. With Halo the same journey is a straight line: zero extra hardware, nothing to integrate, no site visits. Live in 48 hours, first AP broadcasting in 12 minutes.
Every guest. Every property. One screen.

We run an MVNO and paid WiFi across Kampala, Jinja and Entebbe on HaloWiFi, with customers paying via MTN MoMo and Airtel Money. Our UniFi and MikroTik networks were never the problem; billing and multi-site control were. HaloWiFi closed that gap by sitting in front of our existing network as the gateway. We kept the gear we already had.

We’ve been running HaloWiFi APs for over a year and it’s been a game-changer. Site visits are down more than 90%, support tickets have almost vanished, and the system just works. And the team clearly lives and breathes networking. They care about the experience in every detail.

Working with Kumar and the HaloWiFi team has been incredible. They’re professional, responses are always timely, and they’ve been excellent to work with, especially on developing B2B solutions on top of WiFi.

WiFi that simply works is itself a reason to return. The dashboard tracks your returning-guest share, so the effect is measured, not asserted.

HaloWiFi wasn’t designed in a lab. It was assembled in the field. Before this router had a name, the team behind it was building guest WiFi across four continents: cafés in Bengaluru, lodges in the Western Cape, rentals in Ontario, coaches on the highway between cities.
Those places are the spec sheet. Every condition a venue can throw at a network (heat, power cuts, moving vehicles, owners with no IT department) ended up as a feature, a default, or a fallback in the box you plug in today. We saw what breaks at check-in rush, what guests actually tolerate, and what quietly pays for itself month after month. 7.2M+ guest sessions ran through that hardware this year (counted by our cloud, not estimated), and every one of them made the next deployment a little more boring. Boring is the goal.
For you it means one decision, not five: buy the router once and the portal, analytics, marketing and cloud control come with it: the same firmware in a single café as in a fifty-property fleet, updated in one push from wherever you are.
The network rides out the outage; guests reconnect on their own when power returns.
4G/5G backhaul with the full portal on board — WiFi that boards the bus with the passengers.
Configured, themed and rebooted from another continent. The owner never touches it.
Portal, firmware and campaigns roll out to a whole fleet in a single click.
Guests route to the closest of five regions, from Los Angeles to Mumbai.
